  • 100g Sol Food ceremonial-grade cacao (melted with hot water)
  • ½ cup almond butter or tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: chopped walnuts, dark choc chips, or dried rose petals

These fudgy, rich cacao brownies aren’t just dessert—they’re a little ritual of nourishment, joy, and connection. Made with wholesome ingredients and ceremonial-grade cacao, they offer a grounding sweetness without the sugar crash. Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a small square pan with baking paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted cacao, almond butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Fold in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently stir in any extra toppings.

  4. Pour the mixture into your lined pan and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until just set—be careful not to overbake if you want them fudgy!

  6. Let cool completely before slicing. Store in the fridge for extra chewiness.
