Shipping
Retail Orders (Domestic & International)
We ship all retail orders via Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details via email once your package is on the way.
Estimated delivery times:
• Australia: 2–8 business days depending on your location
• International: 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale shipping is calculated during the order process based on order volume, packaging requirements, and delivery location. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide you with an estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe.
We work closely with wholesale partners to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery method — typically via Australia Post, courier, or freight services.
Packaging & Environment
All Sol Food orders are packed with care using recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle your packaging.

Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@solfood.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Change of Mind (Retail Orders)
Due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns for items that are:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original sealed packaging
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and received by us within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@solfood.com.au with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wholesale Returns & Claims
Returns on wholesale orders are assessed case-by-case. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us within 5 business days of any issues.
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for opened, used, or partially sold products.
